This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the contact form on madnek.com. If you use the Madnek app, please also read the app's privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Madnek Fitness, owned by Michael Nektalov. For any privacy question or request: madnek@protonmail.com.

What we collect

Through the form: your name, phone number, the goal you chose, and your message (if you wrote one). You are not legally required to give these details, but without a name and phone number we can't get back to you.

Why

Only to get back to you about training and coaching. Your details are not used for newsletters or advertising, and are never sold or shared for marketing.

Who receives it

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and passes on form enquiries (a worldwide server network, including in Israel). It does not keep the enquiry.
• Resend: sends your enquiry by email to the coach's inbox (servers in Ireland, European Union).
• Proton Mail: the coach's email inbox, where the enquiry is kept (Switzerland).
• Google Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
• WhatsApp and Instagram: only if you choose to tap their links; from there, their privacy policies apply.

The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is deleted once we've handled it, and within 12 months at the latest, unless we start working together.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing madnek@protonmail.com.
